Our Warranty and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunny Dental Medical Supply.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. However, i
f you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 calendar days of the received date. We accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. Additionally, the product(s) must be in their original packaging, in the same condition it was received.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. Then, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and are processing your request. We will follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to you within 4 weeks. Due to the payment confirmation differerence across different payment companies, the refund will take a few business days to appear in your bank statement.

Exchanges

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item,  please take photos of the damaged or defective item to request for an exchange.

Please email info@sunnydms.com within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping

For return orders, you will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes incurred. We will not be responsible for any lost parcel sent through non-traceable mailing options. Therefore, it is important that your return order is sent back to us via traceable mode. In the event the returned goods are lost or damaged in transit, our company will not bear any responsibility for such cases.
