Delivery and Shipping Delivery and Shipping Policy Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sunny Dental Medical Supply. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery and Shipping Policy. Sunny Dental Medical Supply offers free delivery island-wide in Singapore when your order is above SGD$150 (excluding Goods Services Tax). You will receive a Confirmation email once your payment and order have been received. Items that are in stock are estimated to ship within three (3) to five (5) business days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. This excludes day of order received, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone. Alternatively, you may also contact us at info@sunnydms.com and we will assist to check your order status. In the event of a lost parcel, kindly contact us at (+65) 6842 2807 with relevant details. Promotions All promotions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, whilst stocks last and promotion gifts or goods will be equivalent or lower value. International Shipments Sunny Dental Medical Supply provides international shipping to all buyers. International shipment fees are quoted separately based on current charges provided by shipment carrier. We strongly recommend international buyer to check the freight rates by emailing and contacting info@sunnydms.com for your order. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes and handling fees, custom clearance charges etc. required by your country. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot accurately give you an estimate of the cost until the freight is confirmed by the shipment carrier. Damages Sunny Dental Medical Supply will make necessary packing arrangements to minimize the risk of goods being damaged in transit. However, if you received your order damaged, please take a photo of the damaged goods and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
