How do I sign up for an account?

  • Click on “Login/Register” > “Register Here”
  • Fill in the form. After selecting “Register”, follow instructions given for OTP.
  • Once done, your account will be ready!
  • Contact us at (+65) 6842 2807 or email if you face any problems with registering for an account.
  • Please give us 1-2 working days to reply to your enquiries.

How do I place an order?

  • You will need to create an account before you are able to view the product prices. Once logged in, select your choice of product, and select “Add to cart”. The product should appear in your cart on the top right corner of the website.
  • For products that require a quotation, select “Request for Quote” > “Browse the list” > Enter the relevant details > “Send”
  • Our team will contact you shortly with your submitted inquiry.

Bulk orders

How long will the delivery take?

Items In Stock: 

Items in stock are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days (excluding Saturday / Sunday) upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.


Items Out of Stock: 

For items that are out of stock upon order received, payment collected will be refunded via the same mode of payment.

How much is the delivery fee?

  • Sunny Dental Medical Supply offers free delivery island-wide in Singapore when your order is above SGD$150 (excluding Goods & Services Tax).
  • For orders below SGD$150, a $12 delivery fee will be added upon checkout.

Change in shipping address

  • For changes in shipping address, please make changes before payment
  • Update your shipping address in your account
  • Go to  “My account” > “Addresses” > “Edit”
  • If payment has already been made, please contact us as soon as possible at (+65) 6842 2807 with relevant details of your purchase. We seek your understanding that additional charges may apply if the order has been confirmed and processed.

What payment modes do you accept?

  • Currently, we only accept major Credit Cards, PayNow, Bank Transfer and Cheque payments to Sunny Dental Medical Supply Pte Ltd

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

  • After your order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm the order. You can email or contact us at (+65) 6842 2807 if you did not receive the order confirmation email.

What if there is a delay in shipment?

  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You may also contact us at (+65) 6842 2807 or and we will assist to check your order status.

Can I backout on an order?

  • We seek your understanding that once orders are placed, you are not allowed to cancel your order.

How do I return / exchange a product?

  • Returns / Exchanges are only accepted on a case by case basis. 
  • We regret that “change of mind” is not accepted for returns.
  • If you wish to return / exchange your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item, together with a Return Form printout (can be requested via email at
  • We only accept return / exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, in the same condition it was received.
  • We highly recommend returning your order to us via a traceable mode of postage / delivery. 
  • Alternatively, you may return the item to our office directly during office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm) (180 Paya Lebar Road, #05-07 Yi Guang Factory Building, Singapore 409032). 
  • After your return has been confirmed, you will be issued a Store Credit. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders, and delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded. Your returns will be processed within 5-8 business days from when we receive it.

What if I received a wrong / missing / defective item?

  • We apologise that we have sent you a wrong / missing / defective item.
  • Please submit a request to within 14 days of receiving your product with the following information: 
    • Your order reference 
    • The product code and name 
    • Photo(s) of the wrong / defective product
    • Photo(s) of the parcel for missing item
  • Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.
